How Does The Process Work?

Step 1: Register
Create your account, all we need is some information about you and your company, and you're ready to gg.
Step 2: Create a Tournament
Create your tournament, provide a logo, banner and add sponsors, content, help, chatbots and more, if you want.
Step 3: Add your Gifts
Upload or add your gifts, our partners can help your source and brand premium gifts at great prices if you need.
Step 4: Add your Guests
Use our template to upload your guests, we only need their name and email. You can add more if needed.
Done: Publish & Activate Your Event

Once you're ready you publish your event with a start and end date. We will send your guests a magic link and code they can use to log in and select their gifts.

After the gift selection time runs out you can export your orders and process them for your event, no more over-purchasing and dealing with the hassle of returns or not having exactly what your guests want

Definitely! Our focus when creating this service was golf tournaments, but you can use it for any event that provides gifts to guests.

When you create an event we provide many default resources that can be applied to any event, and you control, gifts, banners and other custom content giving you the freedom.

Your guests can log in to the event site at any time during the redemption period and can cancel and change their gift until the redemption period closes. Once that period is closed they can still login and contact you, how you handle changes at this point is up to you.

How you handle this situation is completely up to you! However once the redemption period is closed a guest cannot select a gift and our default FAQ clearly outlines that if a gift is not selected the guest will not receive one at the event.

If you would like to change that with your own more flexible policy or include a default gift we support both options. You can create custom FAQs, policies and content to explain how you handle this scenario.

If you use one of our partners they will coordinate with you to ship your gifts to where and how you want with plenty of lead time! Somcan and Promowerkz can even bundle and pack your gifts with event material for you.

If your gifts are branded or otherwise customized, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges on those products. Our partners may except returns of unbranded items depending on their condition but such a return may be subject to fees.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, our partners are more than happy to help you in any way they can.

You can! Our partners have a broad selection of products and are happy to work with you to make any substitutions you need. The event portal allows you to add, remove and replace gifts and re-issue selection notices as needed.

If your products are branded it may take a little bit longer but Promowerkz is more than happy to help find a solution.
